At the Zen Essence, we pride ourselves on offering the best service for our clients. Please make yourself aware of our policies described below. Our policies have been designed to ensure you enjoy a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.
CANCELLATION POLICY –
A scheduled appointment at Zen Essence reserves the time of our professionals. Out of respect for our staff’s time, we do require a credit card to secure all appointments. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 service fee per hour reserved which will be charged to your credit card on file. Thank you for your consideration.
ARRIVAL – Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you’ll have plenty of time to unwind, and give us the 411 on what’s new in your life (aka paperwork). As we are a medical spa, we require that all new clients fill out a medical/skincare history and treatment consent forms. Paperwork and consent forms must be updated annually. There’s nothing fashionable about being late, you’ll just deprive yourself of the full treatment time. IF YOU ARRIVE MORE THEN 15 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE CANCELLED, and you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.
PHOTOGRAPHY – Treatments include pre and post treatment photography. Post treatment and all follow-up visits do include photography. Consent to share for marketing purposes will be requested during the intake process, at that time you will be given the chance to opt-out, if you choose to opt-out all photography will then be kept private and covered by HIPPA laws.
PAYMENT – We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other convenient payment options. All treatments/products must be paid for at or prior to the time of treatment or purchase.
RETURN POLICY –
Spa Services – There are no refunds for services at Zen Essence. However, unused or remaining treatments can be used as credit towards any service at Zen Essence. Every individual is unique. Results may vary. Although the vast majority of patients achieve desired results, there is no guarantee of results for any treatment.
Retail Products – Retail Products are eligible for a refund if you have had an adverse skin reaction. Returned items are subject to inspection by Zen Essence staff. All original product packaging and its contents must be returned within 7 days. Returned products may not be altered, over 5% used or damaged. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on same products or same product types returned more than once. Gift certificates are not refundable or transferrable.
FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT – For their safety, and for the courtesy of other guests receiving relaxing services, children under 13 years of age are not permitted. Please put cell phones on silent. This is your time to relax and be in the moment. Inform our front desk staff if you have any special needs or concerns to ensure your time spent with us is a memorable experience.
VALUABLES – We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave valuables at home.
For the comfort of our guests, the Zen Essence is a Non-Smoking facility.
We wouldn’t be the trendsetters that we are if we weren’t constantly expanding our services. Although Zen Essence makes every effort to keep its advertising material updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
